Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information disclosed during the course of the relationship. This includes business strategies, client lists, and any other non-public information.

6. Payment Terms

Fees for services will be outlined in individual agreements. Payments are due as specified, and late payments may incur interest charges. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AslanKC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AslanKC, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with 1-month notice before the renewal of a contract. Upon termination, you agree to pay for services rendered up to the  termination date of the on-going contract. 

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
